It was a massive day for agents at the Toogoolawah saleyards on May 15 as they auctioned off more than 5,100 head of high quality cattle during the annual weaner show and sale.
Topping the sale and smashing all previous records was a pen of Limousin steers from Robinson Homes, Upper Yarraman, which sold for a whopping $1,290.
The champion pen of heifers was awarded to the Titmarsh family, Tandora Grazing, Maryborough with Limousin X Brahman heifers which sold for $810 a head.
